<br /> <br />City of Louisville <br />Department of Planning and Building Safety <br /> 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 <br />303.335.4592 (phone) 303.335.4550 (fax) www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 8th, 2021 <br />Electronic Meeting <br />6:30 PM <br /> <br />Chair Brauneis called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members are present: <br /> <br />Commission Members Present: Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Tom Rice, Vice Chair <br />Ben Diehl <br />Jeff Moline <br />Dietrich Hoefner <br />Debra Williams <br /> <br />Commission Members Absent: Keaton Howe <br />Staff Members Present: Rob Zuccaro, Dir. of Planning & Building <br />Lisa Ritchie, Senior Planner <br />Amelia Brackett Hogstad, Planning Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Diehl moved and Moline seconded a motion to approve the April 8, 2021 agenda. <br />Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Williams moved and Moline seconded a motion to approve the March 11, 2021 minutes. <br />Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Commissioners Rice and Diehl abstained. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS – DISCUSSION <br />Review of 2021 City Council Work Plan and Potential Code Amendments <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Ritchie laid out the plan for the evening, which was to update the Commission on the <br />Work Plan and request feedback from the Commission on the potential amendments. <br />She stated that there was not an expectation that amendment issues would be solved <br />this evening. Staff would return to the amendment process this fall to include the <br />Commission’s recommendations to include in the 2022 City Council Work Plan. <br />
