Deputy City Manager Megan Davis said staff has been <br />working on plans for the 2021 COVID19 recovery and reopening. After pandemic began, <br />principles were developed and have guided staff throughout the past year. Those principles are <br />outlined in the packet. <br />We are currently at level yellow according to the dial in the packet. <br />Recreation/Senior Center <br />Parks, Recreation and Open Space Director Nathan Mosley said as new cases COVID19 are <br />decreasing, users are returning to the Recreation/Senior Center. Roughly 350 — 400 people are <br />
