City0i II.Louisville
PARKS, RECREATION & OPEN SPACE DEPARTMENT
Memorandum
To: Recreation Advisory Board (RAB)
From: Nathan Mosley, Director of Parks, Recreation and Open Space
Date: June 28, 2021
Re: Coal Creek Golf Course Strategic Plan Draft
The purpose of this agenda item is to provide RAB members with the final draft
version of the updated Coal Creek Golf Course (CCGC) Strategic Plan. The plan
focuses on four strategic goals that are supported by detailed objectives,
opportunities, strategies and tactics that staff will employ to help achieve the strategic
goals.
Staff anticipates that the strategic plan will be reviewed and updated annually with
input and review by RAB.
Staff asks that RAB members review the strategic plan document and be prepared to
take action on adoption of the updated plan.
Once the plan is approved staff will provide a memo along with the strategic plan to
City Council to make them aware of CCGC's current strategic goals.
