Ci;c Louisville <br />COLORADO-SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 10th, 2021 <br />Electronic Meeting <br />6:30 PM <br />Chair Brauneis called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Ben Diehl <br />Jeff Moline <br />Dietrich Hoefner <br />Keaton Howe <br />Commission Members Absent: Debra Williams <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Rob Zuccaro, Dir. of Planning & Building <br />Lisa Ritchie, Principal Planner <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Ellie Hassan, Planner <br />Kim Bauer, Planner <br />Amelia Brackett Hogstad, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Moline moved and Diehl seconded a motion to approve the June 10, 2021 agenda. <br />Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />ELECTION OF VICE -CHAIR <br />Moline made a motion to elect Commissioner Hoefner as Vice Chair. Diehl seconded. <br />Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Moline moved and Diehl seconded a motion to approve the May 13, 2021 minutes. <br />Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />General motion to approve the May 20, 2021 minutes. Motion passed unanimously by <br />voice vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Tamar Krantz, 691 West Street, asked if the changes to the Redtail Ridge application <br />since the last Commission hearing were not considered significant enough to warrant a <br />new hearing and she asked that the commissioners comment on whether the changes <br />were significant enough to change their minds.
