Puhlic Comments With Regard to the Resolution - There were•none <br />Motion made to approve Resolution # 2, Series 1995 amending the personal service shops to <br />include massage therapist as drafted. Motion seconded. <br />Roll Call Vote: Jeffrey Litpon - Yes; Russ VanNostrand - Yes; Rex Renfrew - Yes; Tom <br />McAvinew - Yes; Bill Boulet - Yes. Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote. <br />G. 5th Amendment to the Amended and Restated Homart Development <br />Agreement: <br />Staff Presentation - Paul Wood gave the staff report. Staff would like to point out that the <br />ordinance requires the Planning Commission to review the general development plan as it <br />becomes the controlling document to control the proposed land uses, the type and character of <br />the development, the intensity of the development. Location of public facilities and to ensure <br />that the coordination of all streets is consistent with the adopted street plan. <br />P/C' Questions to Staff <br />Q. <br />On what will be L-2 what will that be, commercial? <br />A. Currently it is designated a commercial non -retail which it would remain. <br />Chairperson Boulet - Exhibit M shows parcel J having estimated acreage which is not <br />consistent with the map that was in our packets. I would like to suggest that what ever <br />inconsistencies there are in these be corrected. <br />Paul Wood - Our resolution to you tonight does request as a condition of approval that the <br />general development plan be revised in accordance with exhibit M. <br />Motion made to accept Resolution # 3, Series 1995, as presented. Agenda Items for Next Planning Commission Meeting, scheduled for February <br />14, 1995 and February 22, 1995: As stated on tonight's agenda. <br />IX. Staff Comments: As you can see several of the Final PUD Development Plans <br />for Parcel 'H' are following right after the preliminary. Also included in that will be the Final <br />Plat for Parcel 'H'. Treehaven was a Subdivision Plat without a PUD they are coming back <br />with some modifications to relax some setback requirements and have four lots instead of the <br />original two accessing off of the private drive way. The Northern Colorado Water <br />Conservancy is a Special Review Use for that use. You will be looking at building elevations <br />on that. SPF is a manufacturing company. Gateway annexation and Rezoning is the <br />28 <br />
