The process needs to consider: the infrastructure of the base area,
facility needs, desired amenities, financial feasibility, potential facility
programming, parking needs, and design development.
• Board members suggested that the golf course managers and the sub-
committee look at work that was previously done by the Golf Course Advisory
Board.
• Michele Van Pelt and Dick Friedson will be the members of a sub -committee
to work on this project.
• When asked about a timeline, Nathan proposed that the planning could be
finished in 2023-24, with construction beginning in 2025.
Board Updates
none
Discussion and Action Items for Next Meeting
• Second quarter dashboard
• Fall programming
• Rec center fees
• Staff updates, including outdoor rec amenities
• Board updates
Adjourn — The meeting was adjourned at 7:20.
Motion: Lisa Norgard
Second: Michele Van Pelt
