LLCity Of <br />Louisville <br />City Manager's Office <br />• HB21 1162 has passed and will have implications for Louisville's bag tax. Staff will be going to <br />Council on September 7t" to have discussion/direction on the reconciliation of the local bag tax <br />and state fee. <br />Municipal Operations <br />• Staff is currently moving forward with lighting and HVAC improvements with additional <br />considerations in progress. <br />• Installation of the Coal Creek Golf Course EV charger is complete. <br />• Streetlight conversion of 1,100 streetlights to LED, dark sky compliant traditional fixtures <br />begins this summer. <br />Energy Future Collaboration (EFC) <br />• A new RES plan will be filed late September (tentative) that will outline new renewable <br />programming. <br />• New electric vehicle advising available through Xcel. <br />Grants <br />o Current: <br />■ Boulder County Sustainability Matching Grant <br />■ RAQC Charge Ahead Grant <br />Next Steps <br />None <br />
