Call to Order at 6:34 PM <br />2. Roll Call <br />A. 5 members plus 2 City of Louisville employees in attendance — Laura, <br />Josh, Todd, Tiffany, Seth, Katie Baum, Rob Zuccaro <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />A. Todd Motion, Laura 2nd <br />4. Approval of Minutes <br />A. Laura Motion, Tiffany 2nd <br />5. 6:37 PM Public Comment <br />A. RJ Harrington — Pleased with getting the survey out. Found it on <br />engage Louisville. Date stamp on Action together. The date still has an <br />older date. No mention of the survey on the Louisville web page. <br />i. Katie explained the survey is FB, Twitter, Next -door. Also was <br />sent out on several email lists. <br />6. 6:40 PM LSAB Member Updates and Reports <br />A. Tiffany — Students are going to walk in the Labor Day Parade. Help is <br />needed on stuffing reusable bags with helpful flyer information. <br />B. Laura — Excel sent out a rate increase letter in last month bill. The letter <br />cited lots of sustainability costs in the letter. Laura thinks asking for a <br />tax on the excel bill for sustainability funding is now a much harder ask. <br />What other possibilities are there? Katie mentioned most other <br />municipalities are doing a sales tax. Josh, have we ever looked at <br />adding this the water bill as an option? Westminster is looking at on bill <br />financing.
