Except for those requirements specifically waived or modified in the <br />planned unit development process approved hereunder, the yard and bulk requirements <br />stated in Chapter 17.12, Chapter 17.13, and adopted City development design standards and <br />guidelines shall apply to applications under this Chapter. In the event of conflict between <br />the yard and bulk requirements stated in Chapter 17.12 or Chapter 17.13 and adopted City <br />development design standards and guidelines, including the Commercial Development <br />Design Standards and Guidelines and the Design Handbook for Downtown Louisville, the <br />most restrictive requirement shall take precedence and shall apply. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Subsection D of Section 17.28.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows (words deleted are o~w~ ~. ..... ~" words added are <br />underlined): <br /> <br />17.28.050 PUD-C Planned Commercial District: <br /> <br /> D. All commercial development shall comply with all requirements of <br />applicable commercial development design standards and guidelines, as may be adopted <br />and amended from time to time by ordinance of the City Council, except for those <br />requirements specifically waived or modified in the planned unit development plan <br />approved hereunder. All commercial development within Downtown Louisville shall also <br />comply with all requirements of the Design Handbook for Downtown Louisville, as adopted <br />and amended from time to time by ordinance of the City Council. The provisions of any <br />commercial development design standards and guidelines shall also apply to any addition, <br />remodeling, relocation, or construction requiring an amendment to an approved, final <br />commercial planned unit development plan and, with respect to Downtown Louisville, to all <br />types of development and work stated in the Design Handbook for Downtown Louisville. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
