Agenda <br />approved by voice vote. <br />Dunlap requested the addition of a discussion on the Historic Preservation Planning position. <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES <br />Dunlap made a motion to approve the September 21, 2020 minutes, seconded by Parris.
