Historic Preservation Commission
Meeting Minutes
15 March 2021
Zuccaro replied that that resolution had not yet gone before Council. For the easement to move
forward, staff needed the title commitment and a subordination agreement with the mortgage
lender and the property owners were working on getting those legal documents in line.
Dunlap asked about the old Waterloo property.
Zuccaro replied that the proposal had gone before Planning Commission last week and noted
that there was a PUD proposal that had to go through a much longer review process and staff
didn't want to take the grant to Council without the PUD. The proposal would go before Council
before April.
Dunlap asked if there would be a meeting between the Commission and Council.
Zuccaro replied that the new mayor had changed the policy and he would follow up it. He noted
that there was a legal meeting coming up and staff would send an update on the date for that.
Adjourn
Klemme motioned to adjourn and Keller seconded. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
Meeting adjourned around 8:00 PM.
Andrea Klemme, Vice Chair Lynda Haley, Chair
8
