With support from each City, the SBDC
would welcome the opportunity to provide direct assistance to small businesses -- both helping existing
businesses to grow and new ventures to launch. Thank you again for all your support of small business
and of Boulder SBDC.
(* ) Economic Impact: As a grass -roots economic development organization, the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is
measured byjobs created and retained and capital and sales increases generated by the businesses it serves. The Boulder SBDC
compiles this data in several ways: from personal meetings (now virtual), telephone and email follow-up and an annual Impact
Survey. Client data is self -reported, with written confirmation. Impact is verified by a third party through the Colorado SBDC
Network (OEDIT).
(** ) Workshop and Consulting Evaluations: Following each workshop and after the first, third and sixth consulting meeting, an
automated survey is sent from the Colorado SBDC Network's SBA -approved database. Responses to the evaluation surveys are
compiled automatically within the database and reported on a quarterly basis.
Agenda Packet P. 23
