LL <br />City,�f , <br />LouIsvxlle <br />PARKS, RECREATION & OPEN SPACE DEPARTMENT <br />• Food and Beverage: the new F&B contractor has been on board for almost a year. Staff is planning <br />a meeting to do a debrief of things that went well and things that need to be improved moving <br />forward and set expectations and accountability measures to improve. Note: due to covid all <br />restaurants are struggling with staffing and supplies. <br />• An RFP has been put out for a financial feasibility study. This will assess the feasibility of things <br />like enhanced practice facilities, a new or remodeled clubhouse, more parking, etc. <br />• An RFP has been distributed for a new artificial hitting surface along the entire expanse of the <br />driving range concrete pad. It is expected to be installed for the winter of 21-22. This <br />enhancement will improve the quality of turf in off season and expand the available space by <br />100 <br />• Loyalty: our loyalty has greatly improved in the past five years which is reflected in pass sales. In <br />2016, we had 401 pass holders which generated$ 176,093 revenue. In 2021, we have 705 pass <br />holders and have generated $ 246,198 revenue, not including our upcoming end of year pass sale <br />event. <br />11 <br />
