City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 7, 2021 <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />Larry Donner, 1020 West Willow Place, noted the recent vandalism at the St. Louis <br />Catholic Church. He stated he was disappointed the police department did not classify <br />this as a hate crime. He stated there is no place for religious hatred in Louisville. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda. Councilmember Fahey <br />asked to remove item D and put it on the regular agenda. Motion: Mayor Pro Tern <br />Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda as amended, seconded by <br />Councilmember Fahey. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes — July 27, 2021 <br />C. Approval of Execution of Contract CliftonLarsonAllen LLP for Utility <br />Billing Services <br />D. Approval of Proclamation Designating Every September as Louisville <br />History Month — moved to regular agenda <br />E. Approval of Special Meetings on September 14 and 28 for Budget <br />Discussion <br />F. Approval of Resolution No. 61, Series 2021— A Resolution Approving a <br />Second Amendment of Intergovernmental Agreement for Hazardous <br />Materials Management <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Councilmember Leh stated he was shocked at the vandalism at the church over the <br />weekend and agreed there is no place for such behavior in Louisville. He stated these <br />things are not tolerated in Louisville. <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted there have been many peaceful protests over the years and <br />there are ways to peacefully show support causes. Councilmember Fahey agreed. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />Interim City Manager Davis stated the Police Department is taking this incident very <br />seriously and pursuing all avenues. She also thanked everyone for the great Labor Day <br />parade and festivities. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />BOULDER COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH UPDATE ON COVID-19 AND NEW PUBLIC <br />HEALTH ORDER <br />
