2022 Recreation Advisory Board
WElluyilsville
COLORADO • SINCE 1878
4. What qualifications, skill sets, and relevant experiences do you have that would be beneficial for this
position?
I'm passionate about creating a cohesive Pickleball community in Louisville. I've lived
here for 30 years and have been involved with the Louisville Cultural Council and the
Downtown DBA so I feel like I have good connections with the culture of Louisville. I
enjoy bringing people together to create catalytic conversations for change. I am
connected to the USA Pickleball community through membership in that organization
and participation in online forums. There is a lot of discussion as to how other
communities are managing to bring dedicated Pickleball courts to their residents. I've
worked on writing SCFD and Colorado Creative Industry grants and could investigate
what funding may be available in the state for development in this area.
5. APPLYING FOR REAPPOINTMENT ONLY: Should you be reappointed, what would you like to see
the Recreation Board accomplish in your next term?
Submit this questionnaire with your general application form by email to
MeredythM(c-D-LouisvilleCO.gov or deliver it to City Hall, 749 Main Street.
