City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 19, 2021 <br />Page 2 of 11 <br />Maxine Most, 640 W. Linden St. asked if staff or Council could provide some clarity on <br />how the current Ballot Item 2A affects City finances. She stated many people don't <br />understand how it will be paid for. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked for <br />a motion. Motion: Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda, <br />seconded by Councilmember Fahey. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes: August 31, 2021 <br />C. Approval of Council Meeting Schedule for Remainder of 2021 <br />D. Louisville Chamber of Commerce 2021 Year End Report <br />E. Award Bid for 96th Street Bridge Repairs <br />F. Award Contracts for Engineering and Construction Services for Open <br />Space Retaining Wall Replacement Project. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted that when taking comments from the public on items not on the <br />agenda, those comments cannot be discussed by Council as they are not on the agenda. <br />The Council receives the input and will ask staff to follow up on the items. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />Interim City Manager Davis noted the Q3 2021 Louisville Revitalization Report which was <br />included in the Council packet. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />501 JEFFERSON AVENUE LANDMARK & PRESERVATION GRANT <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71, SERIES 2021— A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LESLIE <br />HOUSE LOCATED AT 501 JEFFERSON AVENUE A HISTORIC LANDMARK <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72, SERIES 2021 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING A HISTORIC <br />PRESERVATION FUND GRANT FOR THE LESLIE HOUSE LOCATED AT 501 <br />JEFFERSON AVENUE <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item and asked if there are any disclosures; seeing none <br />she opened the public hearing. <br />
