It's been the homeowner's property for a long time and it would be difficult to take this property. Mayor Pro Tern Maloney stated he was in favor of the vacation. Mayor Stolzmann closed the public hearing. Motion: Councilmember Lipton moved to approve Ordinance No. 1817; seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Maloney. Vote The motion passed 6-1 with Councilmember Brown voting no. Interim City Manager Davis presented the revised budget for 2022. Finance Director Watson stated this is the fourth meeting regarding the budget and he believes that this has captured all of Council's input from the previous meetings.
