Call to order: Chair Paula Elrod called the meeting to order. <br />II. Roll call: <br />Commission Members Present: Paula Elrod, Andrew Berzanskis, John Honan, <br />Scott McElroy, and Leah Angstman <br />Commission Members Absent: Jon Ferris, Joe Teasdale <br />City Representatives Present: <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator <br />Deb Fahey, City Council member <br />Christine Burg, Historic Preservation Commission member <br />III. Approval of agenda: Members approved the agenda, vote 5 to 0. <br />IV. Public comments: City Councilperson Deb Fahey thanked the Historical <br />Commission for its work. <br />V. Approval of Jan 20, 2021 regular meeting minutes: Members approved the <br />minutes, vote 5 to 0. <br />VI. Updates on Museum: Bridget gave updates on work being done on the Museum <br />buildings, the pop-up park, and the Trott -Downer Cabins. She stated that the <br />Museum would likely reopen for regular public hours starting in mid -May. The <br />Museum staff is looking at the public hours being from 1 to 6 instead of 10 to 3 on <br />one day of the week in order for students to be able to use the Museum for <br />research and to serve other people who can't come during 10 to 3. <br />VII. Report from Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator <br />A.
