Bodily Injury and Property Damage Combined Single Limit: $1,000,000 Coverage provided should be at least as broad as found in ISO form CA0001 (BAP) including coverage for owned, non -owned and hired autos, E. Insurance shall: i. Provide primary coverage; ii. Include the City of Louisville and its elected and appointed officials, agents, directors, officers, and employees as additional insureds as their interest may appear (except for Worker's Compensation and Professional Liability). Additional insured endorsement should be at least as broad as ISO form CG2010 for General Liability coverage and similar forms for auto liability; iii. Include a waiver of subrogation for all coverage; iv. Issue from a company licensed to do business in Colorado having an AM Best rating of at least ANI; and v. Be procured and maintained in full force and effect for duration of work and the statute of repose. F. Certificates of Insurance evidencing the coverages described herein, shall be submitted prior to commencing services on ACORD form 25-5. Certificate Holder shall be: City of Louisville, 749 Main Street, Louisville, CO 80027. G. Within seven days after receiving insurer's notice of cancellation or reduction in coverage, Contractor, or its insurance broker, shall notify the City. In either such case, Contractor shall promptly obtain and submit proof of substitutes insurance complying with the City's insurance requirements. H. The Contractor shall not be relieved of any liability, claims, demands, or other obligations assumed pursuant to this Contract by reason of its failure to procure or maintain insurance, or by reason of its failure to procure or maintain insurance in sufficient amounts, durations or types. I. Failure of the Contractor to fully comply with these requirements during the term of the Contract may be considered a material breach of contract and may be cause for immediate termination of the Contract at the option of the City. 7. Indemnifiication. Each party shall at all times be responsible for its own personnel, volunteers and equipment and nothing herein shall be deemed a waiver of the rights, immunities, limitations, and protections afforded the City and its personnel in accordance with the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act as same may be amended from time to time.
