Tap fee for residential units. <br /> <br />..................................~. -, - ~ ......... ..o,~ .~., ..~., energy <br /> <br /> ~. ~ tbe applicant for a water tap pe~t desires a larger size tap than is <br />required by reference to tbe ~temation~ U~ifo~ Plumbing Code and Table B, the <br />fee ch~ges shall be the minimum fee for tbe size tap desired. <br /> C. ~ the event a consumer desires to provide automatic fire-control <br />protection for the consumer's presses and for emergency se~ice only, which <br />requires a tap l~ger th~ three-fou~hs-inch, the tap fee charged shall be b~ed only <br />on the demand set foah in the ~temaional U~ifo~ Plumbing Code and Table B of <br />section 13.12.040. The user sh~l be required to pay the full cost of installation of <br />the se~ice, including ~1 pipe, v~ves and valve boxes. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Section 15.12.200.A of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br />repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 15.12.200. Appliance licenses. <br /> A. As used in this section, the <br />whose installation would be subject to the <br />any of the codes adopted in Title 15 of this <br /> <br />term "appliance" refers to any appliance <br />regulations set forth in this chapter or to <br />code. <br /> <br /> Section3. Section 15.04.070 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br />repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 15.04.070 Chapter 16 amendments. <br /> A. Division II, Section 1616 of the Uniform Building Code shall read as <br />follows: <br /> Division II, Sec, 1616. Basic Wind Speed. The minimum basic wind speed <br /> for determining wind pressure shall be as determined in accordance with the <br /> 1983 Boulder County Snow Load and Wind Pressure Map, published by the <br /> County of Boulder, P.O. 471, Boulder, Colorado, 80306, which document is <br /> adopted by reference thereto and incorporated into and made a part of the <br /> Louisville Municipal Code. A copy of the 1983 Boulder County Snow Load <br /> and Wind Pressure Map, certified to be tree and accurate, shall be available <br /> for public inspection at the office of the building safety division, between the <br /> hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays <br /> excepted. The city clerk shall at all times maintain a reasonable supply of <br /> copies of such Map available for purchase by the public at a moderate price. <br /> B. Division I, Section 1605.4, Snow Loads, of the Uniform Building <br />Code is amended by the addition of the following sentence inserted after the first <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
