RESOLUTION NO.88 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE LOUISVILLE <br />CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR SERVICES TO BENEFIT THE LOUISVILLE <br />BUSINESS COMMUNITY <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to approve an agreement with the Louisville Chamber of <br />Commerce, Inc. (the "Chamber"), for the Chamber's provision of services to the Louisville business <br />community, in consideration for funding provided to the Chamber by the City in the fiscal year 2022 <br />(the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. That the Agreement for Services between the City of Louisville and Louisville <br />Chamber of Commerce ("Agreement"), a copy of which Agreement accompanies this Resolution, is <br />hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement, <br />and the Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate and approve such revisions to the Agreement <br />as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the <br />essential terms and conditions of the Agreement are not altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />ASshleymann, Mayor <br />Resolution No. 88, Series 2021 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
