Participate in business -related City meetings and events, such as the monthly Economic Vitality Committee meetings and annual Business Forum. Promote and advertise educational resources, workshops, and webinars through Chamber communication channels on behalf of the City of Louisville and other partner organizations such as: Workforce Boulder County, Commuting Solutions, Boulder County Public Health, Partners for a Clean Environment (PACE), the Green Business Program, Boulder Chamber/Boulder Economic Council, and Boulder Small Business Development Center. Develop new programs and promotions to benefit businesses located within the Colorado Technology Center (CTC)—raising awareness of these primary employers, as well as their products and services. • Assist the City in any business survey activities such as the bi-annual Business Satisfaction Survey. 2. If the Chamber discovers that any of the activities outlined will not be completed in each fiscal year for any reason, the Chamber shall provide the City with prompt written notice, in no event later than 30 days in advance of the end of the then -current fiscal year, which must include a detailed description of the reasons for non-performance and a description of what activities will be provided instead. 3. Annually, the Chamber of Commerce will submit a report of activities to the City —outlining the significant events that were held as well as number of business engaged during the prior year. The Chamber should also share its current membership as well as any new member prospects. The annual report should be submitted no later than October 1 each year. 4. To secure City funding for the following year, the Chamber of Commerce must make an annual funding request. This request should be made no later than May 1 each year. For any increased funding request, the Chamber should describe any new activities that will be undertaken with proposed funds. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed as a financial commitment of the City to provide the Chamber with funding in the fiscal year 2022 or any future fiscal year. The City Council retains full discretion to decide the level of funding to be provided to the Chamber, if any, in any fiscal year this Agreement is in effect. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing, the Chamber shall have no obligation to provide services to benefit the Louisville business community in fiscal years where no funding is provided to the Chamber by the City.
