Called to Order at 6:33 pm <br />2. Roll Call <br />Present: Dan Mellish, Tiffany Boyd, Josh Cooperman, Todd Budin, Katie Baum, <br />and, a few minutes late, Mark Persichetti <br />Absent: Laura Levesque -Catalano, Seth Adams <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Dan made a motion to approve; Tiffany seconded the motion. <br />4. Approval of Minutes <br />Tiffany made a motion to approve; Josh seconded the motion. <br />5. 6:35PM Public Comment <br />RJ Harrington complimented Katie on the work that she reported to City Council <br />the night before. He also noted that Xcel Energy has an energy resource plan <br />before the Colorado Public Utilities Commission that is rather antithetical to the <br />City's stated goals for renewable energy. There is a public comment session on <br />Thursday 2 December from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and there are opportunities for <br />citizen training beforehand. <br />6. 6:45PM LSAB Member Updates and Reports <br />Tiffany: reported on a discussion with Katie regarding implementation of the bag <br />tax for online orders, especially supermarket orders from members of populations <br />vulnerable to COVID. Tiffany will reach out to some local stores on this issue. <br />Tiffany also reported that the filmmaker for Louisville's contribution to the <br />sustainable film series will host the associated Q & A session.
