Planning Commission
Meeting Minutes
March 11, 2021
Ritchie noted that there were no planned public hearings for April. Staff hoped to have a
work session during that meeting. Staff would confirm if there would be an agenda in
April.
Zuccaro stated that there was a review of the Old Town Overlay Zoning on the City
Council work plan. He shared that the City would be hiring a consultant to evaluate the
Old Town overlay, consider amendments for the zoning standards, and conduct public
outreach.
Williams asked when the meetings might be in -person again.
Zuccaro replied that no one really knew when the state would lift restrictions and noted
that meeting attendees would also have to be comfortable. Nobody had even tried to
suggest a date because there were too many unknowns. He noted that there were
plans to open City Hall for more hours during the week, but that didn't have a date,
either.
ITEMS TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR THE MEETING ON APRIL 8, 2021
• None
ADJOURN
Howe moved to adjourn.
