CONTINUED FROM JUNE 10, 2021. <br />• Applicant: Hartronft Associates <br />• Case Planner: Rob Zuccaro, Director of Planning and Building Safety <br />All notice was met as required. <br />Zuccaro shared the history of the building and the proposal, which included converting <br />the second floor of 950 Spruce to allow 3-5 residential units, with storage and deck <br />additions at the rear of the building, adding 3 row homes on Front Street.
