Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Absent: Mayor Pro Tern Dennis Maloney <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Mayor Stolzmann stated she is attending a meeting the County is hosting today to <br />discuss coordinating rebuilding. She will note to everyone that debris removal is an <br />urgent need and people need more clarity on the timeline and it needs to get moving as <br />quickly as possible. <br />Councilmember Brown stated he has heard from residents they are nervous about the <br />proposed time frame for debris removal and many don't want to do coordinated removal <br />because of that. <br />City Manager Durbin gave an update on fire recovery. <br />• Agreed debris removal is the biggest concern right now. Staff has a lot of <br />questions as well; we are trying to bring in some subject matter experts to move <br />this along. <br />• Staff started a conversation Friday about a Facilitated Learning Analysis for <br />lessons learned about the event. <br />• The retaining wall below Dillon Road that burned has been reviewed and there is <br />no structural concern at the moment.
