Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Absent: Mayor Ashley Stolzmann <br />Mayor Pro Tern Dennis Maloney <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />City Manager Durbin gave an update on fire recovery. <br />• BCPH met yesterday will be lifting mask mandate on Friday, February 18 at 5 <br />pm. Transmission rates are still very high so we are still being cautious so as to <br />be able to continue operations. <br />• Planning now has a contract with Clarion consulting firm for a program to <br />facilitate conversations among neighbors as to what reconstruction options might <br />look like and how the City can help. Superior has the same process undeway. <br />Thus program was funded with a DOLA grant. <br />• Planning staff and Clarion is hosting a meeting next week for those who lost <br />homes and following that first meeting there will be more specific neighborhood <br />meetings. <br />• Demolition permit applications: have received about 30 applications; 14 have <br />been issued for destroyed homes and 4 for damaged homes. <br />• We are coordinating with Superior on hiring a site supervisor to help over see <br />the needs in the building areas such as parking, access, security, and erosion <br />control. This position will work so there are no conflicts between contractors and <br />helping to maintain safe job sites moving forward. We hope to get DOLA funding <br />for this position as well. <br />• Right -of -Entry form deadline was extended to February 18. The County is <br />working through the contract for Private Property Debris Removal.
