Roll Call <br />Present: Dan Mellish, Tiffany Boyd, Josh Cooperman, Todd Budin, Mark <br />Persichetti, Laura Levesque -Catalano, Seth Adams, Katie Baum- staff liaison <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Todd- move to approve add 5 mins to section 7 to discuss council work plan, <br />Tiffany second <br />4. Approval of Minutes <br />Josh motioned, Seth second <br />5. 6:35PM Public Comment <br />RJ Harrington- Thanks to those who attended council meeting and weigh in on <br />work plan. Several council members declared that the city is 100% renewable. <br />Xcel — close to 130 members of the public at commission meeting. <br />Overwhelming public input - utility is continuing to use methane. <br />6. 6:45 PM City Staff Update (Q&A) <br />Laura — re: Redtail Ridge, who has the latest. Josh - 4-3 vote to repeal <br />ordinance. Second reading mid -January. Mark per Matt Jones - Dec 21 council <br />hearing on Redtail- share opinions. <br />Tiffany — bag tax — what can be done for homebound/people at high covid risk <br />who must pay for delivery bags? Katie- point to PACE or to King <br />Soopers/grocers/stores. Reminded LSAB about the December Sustainability <br />Series film — local students, 16- and 17-year-olds are moderators, came up with <br />questions. <br />Todd — Is 28 green businesses low? Katie- 4 went out of business.
