City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 7, 2021 <br />Page 2 of 12 <br />Sherry Sommer, 910 South Palisade Court, reminded everyone of the importance of <br />watering trees during the drought and asked if there was a way to notify HOAs and <br />businesses about the importance of watering trees. <br />Robert Linn, 817 West Conifer Court, remarked on the November 23,d issue of the <br />Message from the Mayor. <br />Tess Weltzin asked Council to consider adding comprehensive decarbonizing to the 2022 <br />Work Plan. <br />Tiffany Boyd, 550 Grant Avenue, agreed with the previous comments and asked Council <br />to consider adding environmental justice and climate solutions to the 2022 work plan. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked for <br />a motion. Motion: Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda, <br />seconded by Councilmember Dickinson. Mayor Pro Tern Maloney noted the consent <br />agenda includes a contract for the new City Manager Jeff Durbin. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B.
