<br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 20, 2009 <br />Page 5 of 7 <br /> <br />The motion passed on a 5-1 vote. A 180-day stay of demolition was placed on the <br />building that will expire on September 1, 2009. <br /> <br />Commissioner Muckle offered to act at the HPC liaison with Mr. Ramsey and look for <br />alternatives to demolition until the September 1 deadline. <br /> <br />Update - Programming of Historic Preservation Fund <br /> <br />Muth explained that given the schedules of the four members involved in the HPC and <br />City Council meeting to discuss the HPF, the meeting was difficult to schedul <br />would be held later this week. The item will be brought back the HPC at the <br />for further discussion once comments from that meeting and the City Attorne <br />received. <br /> <br /> <br />DiscussionlDirection/Action - 2009 Preservation Awards <br /> <br /> <br />Members agreed that they would like to discuss this at the May meetingfter having <br />additional time to review the nominated buildings.
