All in favor. <br /> <br />DISTRIBUTION OF 2009 OPEN GOVERNMENT & ETHIC AMPHLET <br />Muth explained that the City Charter requires that th amphlet b distributed at <br />the first meeting of the year of every public body. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - 2008 RETENTION VISI EAR END REPORT <br />Hogan gave a brief overview of the year's retention visits. She reported the <br />Committee completed 28 visits and received a great deal of information and <br />feedback from the different companies.
