It proves that sometimes all a structure needs is a good <br />most of the debilitating effects of aging. <br /> <br />e - 561 Lincoln Avenue <br /> <br />Whiteman gave background of what a Pre-filing Conference meeting is (this was <br />the first one for the HPC) and why the Commission is listening to this request. <br /> <br />Connie Lawrence, prospective owner of 561 Lincoln Avenue, presented to the <br />Commission what her and her husband are hoping to do with the property and <br />was hoping to receive some feedback from the Commission as to their thoughts. <br />Lawrence also mentioned that if they do demolish the existing structure that they <br />would build a sustainable building in its place. <br />
