He advised the <br />Commissioners to not discuss the request outside of regular public hearing <br />process. He noted to the audience that a tie vote on a request is very rare. <br /> <br />~ Resolution No. 09, Series 2008; RV - Trailer Ordinance - An <br />ordinance amending certain sections of Title 17 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code to revise the City's regulations concerning the <br />parking and storage of motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, <br />trailers, dumpsters, roll-offs and portable storage units. <br /> <br />Public Notice: <br />Published in the Daily Camera on March 30, 2008. Posted in City Hall, Public Library, <br />Recreation Center and the Police and Courts Building on May 28,2008. A mailing was <br />also completed on March 28,2008 to a group of stakeholders that have been working <br />with City Staff over the past several months. <br /> <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: None heard. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Wood requested the changes to the Power Point presentation that have been <br />distributed be entered into the public record. Pritchard moved and Tengler seconded the <br />motion.
