Case No. 09-004-0LU. <br /> <br />Public Notice Certification: <br />Published the Camera on May 2, 2009. Posted in City Hall, Public Library, <br />Recreation Center and Courts and Police Building and mailed to interested <br />stakeholders on May 1, 2009. The stakeholders included those people that <br />worked on the original RV ordinance. <br /> <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Staff Reoort of Facts and Issues: <br />Wood discussed the following points: <br />. A resolution recommending approval of an amendment to Section <br />17.20.165 of the Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) pertaining to the <br />parking, storage of recreational vehicles and trailers on private residential <br />property. <br />. Ordinance 1537, Series 2008 had the following six (6) provisions: <br />1) Total maximum number allowed. <br />2) Number within front yard setback <br />3) Improved surface required <br />4) No encroachment <br />5) Apartment buildings <br />6) Maximum permitted length <br />. Approval would add the following provision: Ownership of Vehicle or <br />Trailer. A recreational vehicle or trailer shall be parked or stored only upon <br />property occupied by the owner of the recreational vehicle or the trailer. <br />
