REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 6, 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, ColoradO. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:38 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Don Cummings, Susan Morris, Michael Cussen and John Leary ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk Steve Ferris, Chief Building Inspector John Lanterman, Planner Bob Carpenter, City Engineer COUNCILMEMBERS ELECT: Robert Woodson Betty Johnson Rick Luce APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mayor and councilmembers accepted the minutes of the regular meeting of November 15, 1983 as presented. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded to approve the agenda as submitted. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF THE BILLS City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the amount of $248,094.88. Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Cummings seconded that the bills be approved and checks issued for the same. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. COUNCIL ITEMS CORTINO'S - LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL ROYAL PETROLEUM - LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL COAL CREEK JUNCTION LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL APPROVAL Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Leary seconded that Cortino's 3.2 Beer Liquor License, Royal Petroleum 3.2 Beer Liquor License, and Coal Creek Junction Liquor License renewals be approved.
