All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had copies of the information <br />for the transfer. Attorney Rautenstraus <br />advised that the application was in order <br />and the only matter to be reviewed is the <br />fitness of the applicants. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier introduced Robert Reynolds and <br />Thomas Frank to councilmembers as the new <br />owners of the Kosher Burrito and thanked <br />them for being in attendance. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the Kosher Burrito liquor <br />license transfer be approved. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilmembers had copies of all the informa- <br />tion relating to the ordinance. Attorney <br />Rautenstraus read the ordinance by title <br />only and certified proper publication. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier stated that before he opened the <br />public hearing, if anyone in the audience <br />wished to speak on this proposal please <br />sign the sheet to do this. <br />He then opened the public hearing and Attorney <br />Rautenstraus certified proper publication of <br />the public hearing notices. <br /> <br />Inquired if councilmembers would be presented <br />the final proposal that is coming to them. <br />Mayor Meier replied that it was and that <br />the Homart representatives would make their <br />presentation and staff could comment on it. <br /> <br />(Verbatim transcript of Public Hearing <br />attached) <br />
