'ESCHEDULED MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 3, 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, called -the meeting to order at 7:36 P.M. M.S.T. call of the roll the following persons: in regular session in the Colorado. Mayor Meier There being present at the COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Susan Morris, Dennis Ferrera ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works Robert Carpenter, City Engineer Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk COUNCILMAN ELECT: Robert Woodson ABSENT: Councilmen Cussen and Cummings Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mayor and councilmembers approved the minutes of the regular meeting of October 18, 1983 as presented. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Meier wished to add Item J. to the Council Items - Mayor's Task Force. Councilwoman Morris moved, Mayor Meier seconded that the agenda be approved as amended. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVAL OF THE BILLS City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the amount of $102,370.22 Councilman Fauson Arrived at the meeting at 7:40 P.M. Councilwoman Morris moved, Mayor Meier seconded that the bills be approved and checks issued for the same. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Leary seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. 00UNCIL ITEMS ART'S LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL Councilmembers had a copy of the application and copy of police report. Attorney Rauten- straus advised that the application was in order.
