<br />'ESCHEDULED MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 3, 1983 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, <br />called -the meeting to order at 7:36 P.M. M.S.T. <br />call of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />in regular session in the <br />Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />There being present at the <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Susan Morris, Dennis Ferrera <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works <br />Robert Carpenter, City Engineer <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br />COUNCILMAN ELECT: Robert Woodson <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmen Cussen and Cummings <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor and councilmembers approved the minutes <br />of the regular meeting of October 18, 1983 <br />as presented. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Meier wished to add Item J. to the <br />Council Items - Mayor's Task Force. <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Mayor Meier <br />seconded that the agenda be approved as amended. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE BILLS <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the <br />amount of $102,370.22 <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />Arrived at the meeting at 7:40 P.M. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Mayor Meier seconded <br />that the bills be approved and checks issued <br />for the same. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Leary <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of business. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />00UNCIL ITEMS <br />ART'S LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the application <br />and copy of police report. Attorney Rauten- <br />straus advised that the application was in <br />order. <br />
