<br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />SENOR T'S LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE APPLI- <br />CATION <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING SET <br />NOVEMBER 15, 1983 <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE LIQUOR MART - LIQUOR <br />LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />CLINICA CAMPENSINA - FUNDING <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />CRIME STOPPERS <br /> <br />11/3/83 <br /> <br />Page -2- <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded that Bart's A Restaurant liquor <br />license be renewed. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the application, <br />police report, and Attorney Rautenstraus <br />advised that the application was in order. <br /> <br />Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that Senor T's liquor license be re- <br />newed. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the request and <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the appli- <br />cation was in order that a public hearing be <br />set. <br /> <br />Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that the American Legion special <br />events liquor application be accepted and a <br />public hearing be set for November 15, 1983. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the application, <br />police report and Attorney Rautenstraus advised <br />that the application was in order. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that the Louisville Liquor Mart liquor <br />license be renewed. Question called for. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the letter from <br />Pauline Romano, Administrator of Clinica <br />Campesina. <br />Administrator Wurl advised that a list had <br />been made of all the people that made for- <br />mal requests for funding through the budget <br />process for council's consideration. $5,000 <br />was budgeted in the Contingency Fund for 1984 <br />for these items; and an additional $1,500 was <br />budgeted as discussed for funding the Cable <br />TV instruction program. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier commented that it was his under- <br />standing that $2,000 had been budgeted in <br />the Director of Public Safety's budget for <br />the Crime Stoppers funding. <br />
