M. <br /> <br />Referred to the section urging adoption of <br />widening, to a minimum of 4 lanes, had some <br />concerns with--the word minImum, does Council <br />wish a 6 lane highway at that location - is <br />it necessary? <br />Director Karl Kasch advised that he felt cer- <br />tain the highway would remain 4 lanes and <br />there would be different intersection align- <br />ments at key points. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Mayor Meier seconded <br />that Resolution #44 - Highway 287 be adopted <br />as amended. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier called a recess at 9:13 P.M. <br />Meeting reconvened at 9:21 P.M. <br /> <br />Arrived at the meeting at 9:21 P.M. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had copies of a memo from <br />Diector of Community Development Rupp, in- <br />formation relating to the Master Plan, and <br />a written statement from McStain Enterprises. <br />Director Rupp advised the written statement <br />covered areas i.e. the plan concept, traffic <br />aspects, land use, convenant conditions, <br />number of units, density, etc. <br />The item was reviewed by the Planning Commis- <br />sion on October 11, 1983 and was approved <br />unanimously. Two conditions were attached - <br />one that the number of units stay at 1,596, <br />which was originally approved in Centennial <br />Valley for this portion and an additional <br />portion. The second provision that Design <br />Guidelines be required for the P.U.D.in excess <br />of 12 units per acre on any parcel within the <br />development. It is a 350 acre parcel; zoned <br />residential estate. This evening they are <br />requesting entire plan approval which includes <br />land use arrangements; the proposed open space <br />links; traffic aspects, Harper Lake, the <br />
