Juniper <br />Court <br /> <br />8/2/83 <br /> <br />Page -4- <br /> <br />Requested that the Police Department be noti- <br />fied so that they will patrol the area. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cussen seconded <br />that Mr. Kim Burch be permitted to have <br />a neighborhood party on August 6, 1983 <br />from noon until 8:00 P.m. and that street <br />closure be granted per his request. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised Mr. Burch that the <br />barriers would be set on the side of the street <br />and he could set them in place. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the letter and <br />map depicting the area. Request was for <br />councilmembers to refer the matter to the <br />Planning Commission for further review and <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />Advised that it was a small parcel of appoxi- <br />mately 3 acres located in the southwestern <br />part of the City adjacent to the Centennial <br />Valley Mall grid. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cussen <br />seconded that the Richmond Annexation request <br />be referred to the Planning Commission for <br />review and recommendation. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of a memo from <br />City Clerk Mudrock recommending polling places <br />for the up-coming November Municipal Election. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Leary <br />seconded that the following polling Places <br />be approved for the up-coming Municipal Election <br />Ward I - Louisville Middle School, Ward II <br />Community Building - Ward III Louisville <br />Elementary School. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. stout stated that she lived adjacent to <br />the Westfield I development and was repre- <br />senting 10 homeowners in the area. They have <br />a question regarding the grade on the struc- <br />tures - it is considerably higher than the <br />
