EGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JULY 19, 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. M.D.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: ALSO PRESENT: ABSENT: APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: PPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: ..DDITIONS APPROVAL APPROVAL OF THE BILLS Herman Fauson, Don cummings, Susan Morris, Michael Cussen, and John Leary Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer August Hioco, Director of Community Services John Lanternman, Planner Dave Blanchard, City Engineer Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk John Rupp, Director of Community Development Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Mayor and Councilmembers accepted the minutes of the regular meeting of July 5, 1983 as presented. Mayor Meier added two items to the City Attorney's report - Item #9 K - Resolution #29 - Condemnation of Right-of-Way for Dillon Road and Item #9 L - Resolution #30 - Condemna- tion of an Easement for the Installation and Maintenance of a Sewer Line. Attorney Rauten- straus advised Council ResoJ.uc(iJ:.ion #30 had been discussed informally at their last meeting. Mayor Meier also wished Item 7 F. be added to the Council Items - Decision on Airport Study. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman cummings seconded that the agenda be approved as amended. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the amount of $132,066.12. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman cummings seconded that the bills be approved and checks issued for the same. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
