<br />Relocation of Office <br /> <br />Listings <br /> <br />uncilman Cussen <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #794 - CONSIDERATION <br />OF POSSIBLE ELECTION OR <br />REPEAL OF ORDINANCE #746 - <br />BIELLA ANNEXATION - PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />RICHARD BIELLA, APPLICANT <br /> <br />5/18/83 <br /> <br />Page -11- <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris also wished clarification <br />on the office remainaing in Louisville. <br />Quoted from a statement in the amendment <br />which stated Scripps-Howard agreed to locate <br />an office within the corporate limits during <br />the term of the Permit. However, discussions <br />with respect to the location of said office <br />may occur after two years from the date of <br />the transfer of the Permit to allow the office <br />to be moved outside the City limits. Her <br />question was that if Council did mot agree <br />to the relocation of the office, could Scripps- <br />Howard do it anyway? <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised they could not. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris also stated information <br />was given that 3 Sports Cable TV channels <br />would be available but at this point Scripps- <br />Howard does not carryall three channels and <br />informed her they would provide a listing. <br />Felt this listing was very important so <br />that our residents will know what to expect <br />when the tranfer occurs. <br /> <br />Commented he felt if the agreement is complied <br />with it was a good one with Storer and Scripps- <br />Howard. Reiterated that Council needed to <br />be firm with the requirements of the amended <br />permit agreement. <br /> <br />Mayor pro-tern Fauson thanked Councilmembers <br />Cussen and Morris for their presentation. <br /> <br />Councilmembershad a copy of the ordinance; <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only <br />on second reading - public hearing and certi- <br />fied proper publication. <br />Mayor Pro-tern Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper publi- <br />ction of the public hearing. <br />Fauson asked if the applicant wished to make <br />a presentation. <br /> <br />Stated his name and resides at 8184 Dillon <br />Road. Was present to request Council to <br />send this annexation ordinance to a vote of <br />the people. Felt he had met all the require- <br />ments and his property was within the urban <br />services area of Louisville. Originally the <br />annexation ordinance was brought before <br />Council on January 19, 1983. Had obtained <br />
