Question called for. All <br />in favor. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Dagenais introduced himself as the area <br />manager for Storer Cable T.V.; also intro- <br />duced Chuck Romano, Vice President of Oper- <br />ations for Scripps-Howard Communications and <br />Dick Lyons, of Longmont, the Attorney for <br />Scripps-Howard. Advised council that there <br />was a signed agreement between the two com- <br />panies and presented council witten notifi- <br />cation regarding the sale. Hr. Dagenais <br />stated if councilmembers had any questions <br />or concerns regarding the sale to please <br />submit them to Storer in written form. <br /> <br />Inquired if Scripps-Howard intended to carry <br />out those portions of the agreement that are <br />not yet fullfilled, i.e. the origination equip- <br />ment; and since this has been delayed for <br />many months, felt that funds should be pro- <br />
