<br />_..EGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />HARCH 15, 1983 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:37 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the <br />call of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis: Ferrera, Don Cummings, <br />Susan Morris, Michael Cussen, and John Leary <br /> <br />ABSENT: William Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, Ci.ty Attorney <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor and Council approved the minutes of <br />the regular meeting of March 1, 1983 as <br />presented. <br /> <br />PPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Councilman Fauson moved, Council Ferrera <br />seconded that the agenda be approved as <br />presented. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />R.E. TROUSIL REQUEST - <br />WATER SERVICE <br /> <br />Robert Trousil, 195 Contin- <br />ental View Drive <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of a letter from <br />Mr. Trousil for this request. <br />Administrator ~rurl advised he had built a <br />paint shop near the City shops and had ini- <br />tially requested water and sewer services <br />approximately 6 months ago, and was denied <br />by council. This request was for fire pro- <br />tection purposes exclusively. <br />Stated his request was for a sprinkler system <br />hook-up for fire protection; none for water <br />comsuption as he has a well and ceptic system <br />for his business. Stated his was a family <br />business consisting of his wife and son. He <br />planned to construct a brick office building <br />and install some landscaping as well as a <br />paved parking lot.
