2/15/83

Page -13-

Trash and Debris

Councilman Cummings referred to this section
of the subdivision agreement, felt also this
item should state a timetable. Noted various
subdivisions within the City that still have
broken concrete and debris in the area.
Director Rupp agreed this should be addressed.

Councilman Leary

Commented on this section couldn't something
be added to the Agreement-trash and debris
be handled on a weekly, or bi-weekly basis,
etc.
Director Rupp advised this could be done and
the developer would be required to meet this
compliance.

Councilman Fauson

Supported Councilmen Cummings and Leary's
comments regarding a timetable on trash and
debris. Stated that several contractors
left concrete and debris in the area and
when persons were contacted to mow weeds,
couldn't do so because of this debris -
would like to see something in the Agreement
to address this problem.
Rupp to get with the Attorney and make the
requested changes.

Councilwoman Morris

Thanked Craig Krueger, developer of the
property, for meeting with the Homeowners
which she attended. Felt both Mr. Krueger
and the homeowners gained a lot of information;
was productive. Added we always talk about
precedence and how negative they are, this
is an example by a developer that would be
a postive precedent by our City.

RESOLUTION #4 - ADOPTED

Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Ferrera
seconded that Resolution #4 - Westfield
Subdivision - Final Plat & P.U.D. be adopted.
Question called for. All in favor. Motion
carried unanimously.

RESOLUTION #5 - FISHER
BUILDING P.U.D.

Mayor and Council had a copy; Attorney
Rautenstraus read the resolution in its
entirety.
Director Rupp gave a slide presentation
of the proposal; downtown redevelopment.
Area designated in the comp plan as CBD,
located at the corner of Spruce and Front Sts.
Will construct a 2 story building, with
5800 sq. ft. of retail space on lower level
and 6600 sq. ft. of office and professional
space on the upper level. Staff and Planning
Commission had recommended approval.
