Approval of 2009 Business Retention & Development Committee Membership PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Jean Morgan, 1131 Spruce Street, Louisville, CO inquired when the City will install City gateway signs welcoming visitors to Louisville. COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Mayor Sisk noted the Consent Agenda included the approval for the City Council to conduct a special meeting with the Louisville Revitalization Commission and the Planning Commission on January 12, 2009, at 7:30 am. The Senate and the House of Representatives were sworn in today in Washington, D.C. A list of priorities and projects were developed by the city to be included in the stimulus package. He shared this list with the newly elected Senators and Representatives. The list will also be provided to the State of Colorado. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT City Manager Fleming reported on the following:
