Resolution No.7, Series 2009 - A Resolution Approving Agreements Between the City of Louisville and Dutko Washington, LLC and the City of Louisville and Boyagian Consulting, LLC to Furnish Lobbyist Services to the US 36 Mayors and Commissioners Coalition for 2009-2010 F. Approval of Kaiser Permanente Health Insurance Contract G. Approval of an Agreement By and Between the City of Louisville and Innoprise for Consulting Services Councilor Yarnell arrived at 7:02 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy, Louisville, CO addressed two concerns; 1) He requested a response to his request for the cost of implementation of the provisions of Ballot Issue 200, (open government). 2) The City's relationship with Comcast Cable Television. He filed a complaint against Comcast with the City of Louisville and the City referred the complaint to the GMTC. He received a letter from GMTC Attorney Ken Feldman, which stated it is a legal issue between a single subscriber and Comcast Communications. The GMTC has scheduled a hearing on this issue for Thursday, February 19, 2009. Mr. Sobel was given only thirty days to prepare for this hearing. COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Councilor Sackett responded to Mr. Sobel's concern relative to open government. He voiced his surprise any citizen could complain about open government in Louisville and stressed the City works hard to make government transparent. Councilor Clabots reminded everyone of the Annual Heat Relief Dinner this Thursday, February 19, 2009, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Louisville Recreation Center.
