Approval of an Agreement By and Between the City of Louisville <br />and Innoprise for Consulting Services <br /> <br />Councilor Yarnell arrived at 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy, Louisville, CO addressed two concerns; 1) He <br />requested a response to his request for the cost of implementation of the <br />provisions of Ballot Issue 200, (open government). 2) The City's relationship with <br />Comcast Cable Television. He filed a complaint against Comcast with the City of <br />Louisville and the City referred the complaint to the GMTC. He received a letter <br />from GMTC Attorney Ken Feldman, which stated it is a legal issue between a <br />single subscriber and Comcast Communications. The GMTC has scheduled a <br />hearing on this issue for Thursday, February 19, 2009. Mr. Sobel was given only <br />thirty days to prepare for this hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilor Sackett responded to Mr. Sobel's concern relative to open <br />government. He voiced his surprise any citizen could complain about open <br />government in Louisville and stressed the City works hard to make government <br />transparent. <br /> <br />Councilor Clabots reminded everyone of the Annual Heat Relief Dinner this <br />Thursday, February 19, 2009, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Louisville <br />Recreation Center. <br />
