REPLAT

11/16/82 Page -10-
completed
Mr. Suitts stated there is no one that would
like to see this project/mQr.e than himself. He
still has approximately 100 sites remaining
in Centennial Valley I and in the area directly
north of that; has approximately $1,500,000.00
invested in vacant lots. Did not contract
to readily do the improvements as the revenue
was not available to pay the bills. Had he
not done this, people would have been cited
with liens on their homes, etc. He wished
to reassure all the residents that by July
15, 1983 everything in that subdivision
would be completed totally.
Did not know how much of the landscaping
could be completed this year and whatever
can be done, will be done.
Wished to state that Mr. Wurl and Mr. Rupp
and their staff have cooperated with him
to the fullest extent. He did not feel there
were any further pressures, or anything they
could have done to bring about these improve-
ments any sooner than they did happen. Did
not want the blame to be placed on them for
not using every effort to see that these im-
provements were done.
He felt that the items remaining to be com-
pleted were cosmetic items.
Mr. Suitts advised that the street lights
had been paid for and should be installed
soon.
Mr. Varra is grading the retention ponds,
and will continue until weather causes cessa-
tion for the remainder of the year.
Mr. Suitts stated the later part of September
he was able to sell a parcel of property and
contacted the contractors at that time to
begin the improvements.
Mr. Haines, the engineer, brought the plat
this evening and it is available for all ::the
needed signatures and should have all of them
by the December 14th Council meeting.

Inquired of Mr. Suitts if he planned to have
further meetings with the homeowners within
the next 3 or 4 weeks.
Suitts advised that he informed everyone who
had attended the last meeting that he, personally,
would see that the project would be completed
as promised. If anyone had any questions they
could call him directly and he would be happy
to attend any Homeowners Association meeting
at any time to give the people an up-date.

Landscaping

Street Lights

Drainage

Mayor Meier
