<br />Exhibit Form <br /> <br />Councilman Leary <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION #34 <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #775 - SERVICE <br />EXPANSION FEES INCREASE <br /> <br />PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #776 - PERSONNEL <br />POLICY CHANGES <br /> <br />JBLICATION AUTHORIZED <br /> <br />10/19/82 <br /> <br />Page -11- <br /> <br />Director Rupp advised that a sample exhibit <br />form is being prepared by the Engineering <br />Dept. which will detail all improvements <br />that will be contained in exhibits to be <br />attached to the subdivision agreements. <br />A copy will be provided to Mayor and council. <br /> <br />Inquired of Director Rupp and referred to <br />the Small Cities Grant the City is applying <br />for - is the timing going to be such that <br />housing space could be committed to the low- <br />income displaced people. <br />Director Rupp replied this could be a possibility. <br />A time line will be developed when the grant <br />application is prepared of when certain acti- <br />vities would take place. We would have an <br />18 month period to work with the funding so <br />if the City is successful in obtaining the <br />grant, a phasing could be developed and any <br />persons that would be displaced would be fit <br />into that schedule. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Leary <br />seconded that Resolution #34 - Hillside Square <br />Final Plat be adopted. <br /> <br />Wished to comment that Director John Rupp <br />his department did a fine job on a time <br />consuming project and expressed his appre- <br />ciation. <br /> <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor and councilmembers had a copy of the <br />ordinance. Attorney Rautenstraus read the <br />ordinance by title only on first reading, and <br />the request was for publication. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that Ordinance #775 - Service Ex- <br />pansion Fees Increase be published. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor and councilmembers had a copy of the <br />ordinance. Attorney Rautenstraus read the <br />ordinance by title only on first reading, and <br />the request was for publication. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that Ordinance #776 - Personnel <br />Policy Changes be published. <br />
