<br />.EGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OCTOBER 5, 1982 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:36 P.M. M.D.S.T. There being present at <br />the call of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, <br />Donald Cummings, Dennis Ferrera, and Herman Fauson <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ABSENT: August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, Ci.ty Engineer <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mayor Meier and council approved the min- <br />utes of the regular meeting of September <br />21, 1982 as presented. <br /> <br />-TEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />7-11 SOUTHLAND CORP. 3.2 <br />BEER LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the ap- <br />plication was in order and a memo from the <br />Police Department indicated there were no <br />incidents on the premises. <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded that the 7-11 Southland Corp. 3.2 <br />Beer License be renewed. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL <br />EVENTS APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />Mayor Meier advised that the American Legion <br />was requesting special events liquor appli- <br />cations for four dates - November 6, 1982 <br />December 3, 1982 <br />December 11, 1982 <br />December 31, 1982 <br />The suggested date for the public hearing <br />was October 19, 1982. <br />
